Set it up in three steps

One key and one prompt switch on all three. You do this once.

1. Get a key. Open the key page and enter your email. You get one API key that covers mail, fax and bookings. It is shown once, so keep the page open until step 3.
2. Paste the prompt below into Muse. Muse reads our three connector briefs, writes its own client, tests it, and saves it as a skill. This takes a minute or two.
3. Paste your key into Muse's Secure Credentials Store. Muse will ask for it. Paste it into that box, not into the chat. Muse stores it under the name NOERRANDS_API_KEY and never sees the real value again.

Build a custom connector for No Errands. One API key covers three services:
printed mail (letters and postcards), fax, and appointment booking.

1. Read these three connector briefs and follow them exactly:

2. Store my API key in the Secure Credentials Store as NOERRANDS_API_KEY.
   The same key works for all three. Never print, log, echo, or repeat it,
   not even partially.
   Send it as the header: Authorization: Bearer <NOERRANDS_API_KEY>

3. Prefer the MCP endpoints (streamable HTTP):

   If you use the REST APIs instead, each brief links its OpenAPI document.

4. Before you mail anything, fax anything, or book anything, show me exactly
   what will happen, what it costs, and who it goes to, and wait for my
   explicit approval. Never act without asking me first.

5. Save this as a reusable skill called "Mail, fax and bookings".

What Muse will always ask before acting

Mailing, faxing and booking all cost something or commit you to something, and none of them can be undone by us afterwards. So all three connector briefs tell Muse to stop and check with you every single time. Before anything happens, Muse will show you:

• Mail: the recipient's name and address, checked against postal records, a summary of what will be printed, and the exact price.
• Fax: the destination number read back to you, what the document is, and the exact price.
• Bookings: the business name and address, the service, the price, the exact start time with its timezone, and the cancellation policy.

Then it waits for you to say yes. Muse cannot invent a recipient, a fax number, or your contact details. If your credits run out, it stops and gives you a top-up link instead of retrying.

What it costs

You buy credits up front and each send draws them down. There is no subscription and no monthly fee. Checking an address, getting a price quote, searching for a business and booking an appointment are all free.

• United States only. Faxes can also go to Canadian numbers.
• This is a custom connector. Meta does not review custom connectors, so Muse shows you a caution notice the first time. You approve our domain once.
• Your key lives in Muse's Secure Credentials Store. Muse's own agent never sees the real value, so a malicious web page cannot trick it into revealing the key.
