Pricing
Prepaid credits. No subscription, no monthly fee, no per-account charge. You buy credits, each send draws them down, and the balance never expires. One balance covers mail, fax and bookings.

Prices are in US dollars (USD) and include everything: printing, paper, envelope, postage, and the fax transmission.
Credit packs
You can add $10.00, $25.00, $50.00 at a time. Payment goes through Stripe in your own browser. We never see your card number.
Add credits. Ask Muse for a top-up link and it hands you the same page with your account already on it, which is how we know whose balance to credit.
A letter is $2.49 for the first page, then $0.25 for each page after that. Two options add to the price:
- Color printing: $0.50 per letter.
- Certified mail: $7.50 per letter. Certified mail is tracked and gets a delivery record.
So a three-page black-and-white letter is $2.49 + $0.25 + $0.25.
A postcard is $1.49, flat.
Fax
A fax is $1.49 for the first page and $0.49 for each page after that. US and Canadian numbers.
If we do not know the page count before sending, we estimate one page per 3,000 characters and correct the charge once the fax provider reports the real count. A fax that fails to go through is refunded to your balance.
Bookings
Free. Searching for a business, checking availability, booking, and cancelling never cost you anything and never touch your credit balance.
The business you book with pays us $1.00 per completed booking. If you run a business that takes appointments, see for businesses.
What is free
- Checking whether a postal address is deliverable.
- Getting a price quote before you send.
- Checking the status of something you already sent.
- Listing what you have sent.
- Checking your balance.
- Everything in the booking connector.
You are only charged when something is actually printed and mailed, or actually transmitted by fax. If a provider fails after we charge you, the credits go back on your balance automatically.
Running out mid-request
If your balance is too low, the send stops before anything is printed or transmitted. Muse will tell you how much you are short and give you a link to add credits. It will not retry on its own and it will not partially send.
Refunds
Mail cannot be recalled once it is handed to the postal service, and a fax cannot be recalled once it is transmitted. If a send fails on our side, the charge is reversed to your credit balance. For anything else, email support@noerrands.com and we will look at it.
Changes
We can change prices. The price you are quoted by estimate_cost or
estimate_fax_cost immediately before a send is the price you pay for that
send.
