Terms of service
Effective 2026-09-21. These terms are the agreement between you and Maren Technologies LLC, a company organised in Missouri, United States ("we", "us"). They cover No Errands and every connector we run. Each connector adds its own terms, which govern that connector where the two differ:
By creating an API key or using the service, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract. The service is offered in the United States only. If you use it for an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to bind that organisation.
Your account and your key
- Your API key is how we know a request is yours. Keep it secret. Store it in your agent's secure credential store, never in a chat message or a public repository.
- Anything done with your key is treated as done by you, including anything done by an AI agent you connected.
- Tell us at support@noerrands.com as soon as you think a key has leaked, and we will revoke it.
- You may create and revoke keys at any time. We may revoke a key if we believe it is being abused.
Agents acting for you
You may connect an AI agent, such as Meta's Muse, to this service. Our connector brief requires the agent to get your explicit approval before any action that costs money or sends something. You remain responsible for what your agent does with your key.
We are not affiliated with Meta. Muse is a product of Meta Platforms, Inc.
Credits and payment
- The service is prepaid. You buy credits and each chargeable action draws them down.
- Payment runs through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay.
- Credits are not a deposit and pay no interest. They do not expire.
- Credits are not transferable between accounts and are not redeemable for cash.
- If a chargeable action fails on our side after we deduct credits, we put the credits back on your balance.
- We can change prices. The price quoted to you immediately before an action is the price for that action.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to:
- break the law, or help someone else break the law;
- harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate anyone;
- send anything to a person who has told you to stop contacting them;
- impersonate another person or organisation;
- send unsolicited bulk mail, scams, phishing, or deceptive offers;
- send anything the postal service prohibits;
- infringe someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights;
- probe, overload, or work around our rate limits and access controls;
- resell the service as if it were your own without our written agreement.
You are responsible for the content you send and for having the right to send it to that recipient.
Suspension
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that we reasonably believe is being used for fraud or abuse, or that we are legally required to stop serving. Where we can, we will tell you first. If we close your account without cause, we will refund your unused credits.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running but we do not promise a particular uptime. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give notice by email and refund unused credits.
Third parties
We use a print and mail provider, a fax provider, Square for appointments, Stripe for payments, and a hosting provider. Their failures can affect the service. We remain responsible to you for our own obligations, and the liability limits below apply.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee delivery dates; those are estimates from the postal service.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100.
Some states do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the maximum extent permitted.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from content you sent, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Missouri, and both sides consent to that jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the effective date at the top and, for material changes, email account holders. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
